Booking & Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As Wurzenberg intentionally offers only a small number of lodges and rooms, every reservation has a direct impact on our planning and availability.

Should you be unable to travel as planned, we kindly ask you to inform us as early as possible. This gives us the opportunity to offer the accommodation to other guests and, where possible, find a fair solution together.

For additional peace of mind, we recommend
arranging travel cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Reservations are subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (\u00d6sterreichische Hotelvertragsbedingungen \u2013 \u00d6HVB) in their current version.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Up to 3 months before arrival
no cancellation fee

From 3 months to 1 month before arrival
40% of the total price

From 1 month to 1 week before arrival
70% of the total price

Within the last week before arrival
90% of the total price

No-show:
100% of the total price


Credit in Case of Re-Booking<\/strong>
Should you need to cancel your stay, we will gladly try to re-let
the reserved accommodation for the originally booked period.

If the reserved accommodation can be re-booked for the originally reserved period, we are pleased to issue a credit for the amount already paid, which may be applied towards a future stay at Wurzenberg.

The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.


Changes to Reservations<\/strong>
Changes to existing reservations are subject to availability.

Please note that special offers, promotional rates and non-refundable reservations may be subject to separate conditions.

Third-party Bookings<\/strong>
Reservations made through external booking platforms (such as Booking.com) are additionally subject to the confirmed booking and rate conditions of the respective provider.

In particular, Genius rates, promotional offers and non-refundable reservations may be governed by different cancellation policies.

Form of Cancellation<\/strong>
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
