Pyjamafrühstück

A quiet ritual of arrival.

Breakfast at Wurzenberg is not served.
It is brought.

In the lodges, mornings begin with a quiet ritual: breakfast arrives quietly at the lodge at the desired time. Freshly prepared, regional and reduced to what matters.

Wurzenberg refers to this experience as the Pyjamafrühstück.

The focus lies on simple preparations and regional products: fresh bread and pastries from local bakeries, dairy products from nearby organic farms, honey from local beekeepers and warm breakfast dishes inspired by Southern Styrian traditions.

Morning mist moves slowly through the vineyards while coffee and warm bread mark the beginning of the day.

Guests staying in the nature park rooms also enjoy breakfast overlooking the wine country — either in the panoramic lounge or on the terrace.

In addition, guests may order traditional Brettljause platters or picnic baskets, which can be brought directly to the lodge upon request.

Quiet. Personal. Unhurried.
