Pyjamafrühstück® is delivered directly to your house or lodge between 7:30 and 9:30 am. You decide when to enjoy it.
Between 7:30 and 9:30 am, guests staying in our Nature Park Rooms enjoy breakfast with table service in the Panoramalounge.

Cancellation policy.
As Wurzenberg intentionally offers only a small number of lodges and rooms, every reservation directly affects our planning. Please let us know as early as possible if your travel plans change.
Key deadlines.
Reservations are subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) in their current version.
For additional peace of mind, we recommend arranging travel or hotel cancellation insurance.
Credit if re-let
If we are able to re-let the cancelled accommodation for the originally reserved period, we will gladly issue the amount already paid as credit towards a future stay. The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Changes to reservations
Changes are subject to availability. Separate conditions may apply to special rates or non-refundable offers.
Third-party bookings
For reservations made through external booking platforms, the confirmed rate and booking conditions of the respective provider also apply. Genius rates, special offers or non-refundable rates may differ.
Form of cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Please send your notice to servus@wurzenberg.at or to the address stated in the legal notice.
